Start waving those leeks! Smell the daffodils!!! Yah........St David's Day is here!! Ok...so I only realised it was St David's Day when my sister messaged me to tell me. However I did make Welsh Cakes and jolly yummy they were too. And yes.. filled with butter and sugar and all those banned substances. I've hopefully attached some pictures here to remind you all of my Welsh connections- Caerphilly Castle, Llanishen and Cefyn Onn Parc

I didn't even know there was a St David's day! Love the photos.
Hope your foot is behaving itself and that you can get some walking/jogging in.
There is indeed a St david;s day and surprisingly it happens every 1st March!! lol. I'm doing the run/walk thing and my foots not too bad. Well.....it does react a bit but generally not too bad- and I love the running so much I keep telling myself and everyone else that it's not too bad!!.
I'm finding out where we're staying in Brissy this week- I'll keep you posted!!
The best place I've stayed in in Bris. was the Royal on the Park which is right in the city center. It is opposite the botanical gardens which is perfect for a morning or afternoon stroll/jog. You need to insist on a room overlooking the park though.
Lisa went to the Andy Warholl exhibition at the Bris.Art Gallery on Monday and loved it so if you are into art it might be worth looking into.
I'm going to Nambucca Heads on Friday for a few days but should be
back by Tuesday so if you send me any messages and I don't answer you that is why.
