These are the thoughts and daily occurances in my life. I have recently had a major career move- now a fitness instructor and personal trainer. I love this time of my life.

This is the picture I see everytime I use the computer. A lovely picture of my mum and dad. It takes my breath away sometimes when I realise they are no longer with us. A happier time.
