These are the thoughts and daily occurances in my life. I have recently had a major career move- now a fitness instructor and personal trainer. I love this time of my life.

Resting Place
Today we scattered the remaining half of our parents' ashes.
It completed their journey. We spread them in the Dandenongs overlooking the Silvan Dam. A lovely memorable spot.
