These are the thoughts and daily occurances in my life. I have recently had a major career move- now a fitness instructor and personal trainer. I love this time of my life.

OUCH
Yesterdays wishywashy workout has turned into a major muscle squeeze!!!!
btw I have no choice on the front loader as there is no room in my new unit for a top loader. The washing machine will be going in the kitchen... Strange I know, but it works.
