Day one of my plan- not wonderful but could have been worse! I didn't actually get around to writing my plan but it was sort of in my head.....not a great way to start!
The good- I did go to gym, I didn't eat cake, biscuits or lollies. The bad- I didn't go for that walk and I think I've eaten too much tonight.
Tomorrow is another day!!

New plans are always full of teething issues, little snags and setbacks. It is something I wrestle with time and again, but time and again after a few days things settle down I look around and find "hey, when did this start working".
Evolve your plan to limit setbacks that pop up along the way, and you'll be on your way to that goal faster than you think :-)
