These are the thoughts and daily occurances in my life. I have recently had a major career move- now a fitness instructor and personal trainer. I love this time of my life.

I get all the help I need- constantly!!!
Guess I've been forgiven for this morning's task of administering the worm tablets!
My cat loves to exercise with me too. He usually stands underneath me while I'm trying to do push-ups or sits on my stomach through ab work. Gotta love it!

My dog tries to lick my face when I try to do exercises on the floor. yuck!
