These are the thoughts and daily occurances in my life. I have recently had a major career move- now a fitness instructor and personal trainer. I love this time of my life.

Doesn't get much better than this!
Before I say anything......No! I haven't swum yet- but almost!!
I couldn't resist sharing this- from granddaughter no.1. It truly doesn't get much better than this does it?
