I'm going public here- I am determined to clean up my eating and try to get some discipline into it!!! My days seem to consist of going to gym to train clients, then wasting time drinking coffee and ummm...er..... eating muffins and generally waiting until it's time to start my shift several hours later. It's too far to go home so I really do need to do something constructive during that time. Any suggestions?????

I was going to say walk but then I remembered that your foot hurts.

You could find an internet cafe and write lots and lots of entries to amuse me with......or

You could work out at the gym first so that you are really pumped for your first appointment......or

read a book.....or

I can't think of anything else right now.

Thanks for the suggestions though. Perhaps an internet cafe would be good. There is the library which would be ok except that I have to walk past the muffins to get to it!!
