These are the thoughts and daily occurances in my life. I have recently had a major career move- now a fitness instructor and personal trainer. I love this time of my life.

Guess what??????
Exciting news folks- I'm going to be a granny again!!!! Baby number 3- due in July!! How good is that?
Thanks deb- just think- another little baby to carry on all our genes ( well half of them) and our DNA. isn't that exciting!! ( I guess it's a quarter of my genes isn't it? Not sure how the dna works- prob much the same!
