I've been following 'littlerenes' blog with interest. I love hearing about little Maya and seeing all the pictures. Littlerene seems so capable and in control which is lovely. Our son turns 30 on Sunday ! It seems incredible that all that time has passed. I can still remember quite clearly the first time I saw him and the first time we held him. There is nothing quite as amazing as childbirth!

I remember bringing home my first baby. She was in a bassinet on the kitchen table and was screaming.
Hubby & I looked at this screaming, flailing red-faced alien with utter terror. Hubby said "What do we do now?" My reply "I have no idea".
Sometimes when she turns up here in one of her moods I don't think much has changed.
LOL Deb....I feel exactly the same.
Except I recall the terrifying what do we do now? moment happened as we drove out of the hospital car park.
Ooooh yes! I can relate to both of those times too!
