These are the thoughts and daily occurances in my life. I have recently had a major career move- now a fitness instructor and personal trainer. I love this time of my life.

Haha- I knew I had a pic somewhere of my stunning swimming style!!
Here's a sad story for you Linda. I was swimming for an hour every day. Average 40 laps, sometimes more.
Then the para-olympics girls turned up. They ripped past me at a rate of knots. I looked like a sad little old lady beside them. And many of them had only one leg or one arm.
Never again will I think I'm doing OK in a seimming [pool.
well deb- when you are as bad as me you just expect everyone else to blitz past you ! However it is a bit challenging when the speedsters in the next lane are only about 9 or 10 years old! Selina!- yes I agree!!
Linda it will be great to catch up for a coffee or something in October. My mum will be coming with me so you don't mind if she comes along for coffee as well...Just don't tell her all my secrets lol
We are looking at flying in on the red eye flight Saturday morning and leaving late Monday night so anytime in there would be good. Except perhaps during the half marathon...Not sure a coffee half way will go down well...
