These are the thoughts and daily occurances in my life. I have recently had a major career move- now a fitness instructor and personal trainer. I love this time of my life.
I was driving past our gym yesterday when a PT lugging a couple of kettle bells walked by. I pointed him out to Teeny Tiny and told her those were kettle bells he was carrying. KETTLE BELLS! duh. I'm blaming that on you.
