In view of my 12 week challenge -Day 1- I had planned to do a walk and a work out at home. The work out was a 'killer'! Did quite a lot of it on the fitball which add another challenge when the weights aren't that heavy. Discovered lunges using the fitball behind my back. It really helps to keep me balanced but works out those legs! OUCH!!!
Day 1 is over for this challenge and I achieved the exercise part of it- the eating part we won't discuss at the moment!!

Well done on starting your challenge as well. It seems that around the blogs everyone seems to be starting 12 week challenges (as am I), whihc is great for motivation and inspiration.

Wow Linda, once you get going with these photos there's no stopping you. I want to see a photo of those pot plants in a months time. I wonder how many will still be alive. lol

BTW didn't you start a 12 week challenge at work not long ago? Boy those 12 weeks went fast. he he he

Kristy-thankyou for your encouragement for the 12 week challenge. As deb so rightly points out- I have started them before and yes- the time does fly!!! the walk we went on is about 30 mins from our place- it truly is a lovely area.
Deb- you sound like my sister! Her comment was that she wants to see the pots in a few weeks time! What are you both insinuating????? lol
and yes- 12 weeks does fly when you are having fun!
