Day 1 of my own challenge! Survived the eating part reasonably well- although the day hasn't ended yet. Ran with my daughter and then came home and did abs and some yoga postures (they kill!!) I feel very noble crossing day 1 off my list! Only 83 more sleeps to go!

It'll go fast, although it won't seem that way for a while.
Do you have a visual calendar thingy Linda? You know, where you can physically cross each day off?
I love those - I make one and stick it on the fridge, so that I can see the days and weeks passing. It keeps me focused, no time for mucking around!
Good idea Kerryn. At the moment I have a folder with a diary of what I'm doing in it. I think a sticker on the calendar would be a good addition.
